「ニューベッドフォードの市内には、ここしか泊まるところがないので、仕方ない。可もなく、不可もなく、といったビジネスホテルである。」

「Overall not a bad place but our first room had the worst smell of like a locker room and then the next room we changed too smelled similar but not as strong. We bought an air freshener lol I never complain but this was weird. The staff were good and Breakfast was fine it really was just to room smell.」

「Recently renovated, very clean, daily maid service good. All in all, a very good experience. Only concern I had is that the side entrance was frequently not secured. Someone kept placing a rock at the bottom of the door to prevent it from closing.」

「Great location - in walking distance to ferry. Nice, small private beach. Very small, minimalist rooms that are good for a short stay on the island. Updated furnishings but still an older motel - rooms have a smell; step back from the shower water when someone flushes the toilet or you get scolding hot water, etc.」

「This place hasn’t changed much.. at all actually since I stayed as a kid 20 years ago. You would think with all the solar panels on multiple roofs of the property they would invest in upgrading some things. Only reason I gave 3 instead of 2 is the staff were nice.」

「The check in was good. Very nice young woman tending to the desk. My MAJOR complaint comes from the embarrassingly terrible breakfast: Stale bread, beige colored water being handed off as coffee, no fruit, terrible presentation. For a place that sells itself as a spa retreat, my day was sour after this. They should really just close the 'restaurant'」

「Units 3A,3B,2A, and 2B all have private decks facing the bay and beach. The in house resteraunt was lovely and the food superb. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We're planning to return next year.」

However, there were several aspects of my stay that were disappointing. The check-in process was delayed by nearly three hours, which significantly impacted the start of our visit. 「Check in was extremely easy and the gentleman at the desk was very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and comfortable. Property was quiet and serene. Continental breakfast in the morning was a nice bonus. Would stay here again!」
