The hotel was nice and breakfast was excellent! Lots of variety. Location next to the wharf and Ghirardelli Square is a plus, especially because you can take public transit (cable cars or bus) with a $15 day pass. This helps avoid egregious parking costs all over the city. Beware of the resort fee and also the parking at the hotel which is $55 + 14% per night! Beds were comfortable, though the pillows weren't great as is the case for most hotels.

We loved this hotel! The third floor outdoor patio was so relaxing, and the drinks were fantastic.

Elegant hotel, the post room was very nice to lounge and have a drink. Hotel staff, especially Breagah, was very helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate us during our stay. Thank you for a memorable stay.
