"Large hotel, refurbished room. Excellent lighting system! Very clean and tidy, plenty to do, the hotel puts on events. Nice bar (2 of them). Great staff. Will stay here again. "

"Breakfast was superb! We also had dinner at the restaurant and it was lovely, fine dining. The staff helped us every day with directions and good suggestions. They were wonderful. We enjoyed the gym, too. Our only complaint is that the closet is small and there are no drawers at all, so we really couldn't unpack much. Otherwise, a gracious experience."

"Great hotel, Comfy Beds and nice staff. Small investments could make this hotel fantastic such as slightly longer curtains, smart tvs and better housekeeping, the room was pretty dirty "

"Offered an upgrade but declined. Hotel Copenhagen Island was superb. Metro from airport was simple. Head into mall, go upstairs and hotel next door. Full line grocery store-Fotex-in mall. Staff was professional and personal. Room was smallish but nicely designed. If you are a walker, Google Maps worked great. Short walk to subway station or bus station. Hotel central to major attractions. If I return I will rebook to this hotel. For me, hotel and staff were the best! "
