"The property boasts a beautiful view and is part of a new construction, which made everything feel fresh and modern. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the space was generous—with a roomy kitchen, large bedrooms, a spacious family room, and a wide deck to enjoy the scenery. The internet was fast, and ceiling fans throughout the home added to the comfort, especially on warmer days. One of the standout features was how quiet the location was—great for relaxing or getting work done. The host was outstanding—they went above and beyond by personally walking me through the property to explain how everything worked, pointing out local attractions, dropping me off at the car rental agency, and being very responsive whenever I had questions or concerns. It’s rare to find such a committed and thoughtful host. On top of all this, the price was excellent compared to similar properties in the area. There are a few things to be aware of. The water has a moderate sulfur smell/taste, which is not uncommon in some areas but might take getting used to. The access road for the last quarter mile is quite rough—small cars may have difficulty with clearance, so I’d strongly recommend a rental car with higher ground clearance. Additionally, the nearest grocery stores and bars are not within walking distance, so having a vehicle is essential. The house is even more beautiful in person—bright, breezy, spotless, and perfectly set up for relaxing island life. The views are incredible from every angle, especially from the front porch!The location is ideal—close enough to the settlement, restaurants & marinas and are just golf cart ride away. The beach is just steps away, and is perfect for boating, swimming, and just soaking it all in.The communication with the owner was absolutely impeccable—quick, helpful, and so friendly. "We had an amazing stay at Poker Face! Super clean, updated and beautifully decorated. The views from the covered deck were spectacular…overlooks Seaspray, the Ocean and the bay. The owners, Bill & Lisa were great to deal with, super friendly and easy to communicate with. The caretaker, Jack was also very easy to deal with, met us at the dock (we came on our boat), loaded all our stuff and helped us get settled in. He also owns the golf cart company and the golf cart was waiting for us at the house. Overall an amazing stay and we will definitely be back!"

"What an awesome place to stay on vacation with good friends! This VRBO is a convenient location to Hopetown as well as the other islands. We love the Abacos and the views from the spacious porch of the aquamarine water was a daily treat. We sat out there in the mornings with our coffee and in the evenings with whatever rum drink was offered. Oftentimes we would walk along the beach or just sit in the warm Bahamian water and visit some more. The owner/manager (Kevin) of this beautiful property was very friendly and welcoming and answered all of our questions promptly. We WILL be back for sure!!! Carol and Ken"

"Tahiti Beach House has it all. Location is great, dock is perfect for your boat, house is clean and nicely decorated and the beds are so comfortable. The caretaker Joanne is awesome! We have stayed here twice now and will be back!"

"Little Palm Cottage is an awesome property! My husband and I, as well as two other couples, rented this property over Memorial Day Weekend. This property is so cute on the inside and out, it was extremely clean, well maintained, and offered all upgrades within the house which you usually don’t see in Hope Town. Alexis was very nice as well, offering to help set up a pick up from the ferry and also checking in once we got there. We had multiple friends in town over the holiday weekend who all want to rent this house after they saw where we were staying. This cottage is also in a prime location on the island as it is centrally located. Also a plus was a coffee/breakfast spot within walking distance! We would highly recommend staying here and will be sure to rent this cottage again once we return to Hope Town! "

"Property was very cute and comfortable. Really enjoyed the quiet neighborhood. Check out time was a bit too early at 9:30. For the price, a few basic upgrades would be nice. Like a better shower and kitchen. "
