"Nazal (or Nazar) was incredibly rude, even though I was as polite as possible. I simply asked for a towel and was completely willing to pay for it. The way I was treated made me feel really uncomfortable. I understand that working at the front desk can be stressful (I work in front desk management myself) but there’s no reason to treat guests this way, especially when they’re only asking for something as basic as a towel. People come here to enjoy their few days off, and interactions like this...
