"Eingangsbereich mit kaputten Fliesen versehen. Dreckige Küche inkl. dreckigen Geschirr. Kein Licht im Flur (Treppenaufgang). Terrassentür, das Gitter sowie der Rollo war nicht funktionsfähig. Bei Ankunft waren keine Liegen vorhanden, die uns aber nach einer Woche nachgeliefert wurden. Die Couch und die Betten waren dreckig und durchgelegen. Fliegengitter waren teilweise kaputt. Diese Unterkunft können wir leider nicht empfehlen. "

MAIS: Il ne s'agit pas d'une maison, mais bien d'un appartement au rez de chaussée d'un immeuble Gros problème d'électricité, pas moyen d'utiliser le chauffage / air conditionné et le four en même temps sous peine de faire sauter les fusibles Canapé lit TRES inconfortable. "After a 16 day Spain/Portugal tour we stayed 2 days at this hotel to relax and unwind. It was perfect. Our room was beautiful and had a great view of the beach. The bathroom and shower were awesome. We loved the pool and particularly the pina coladas. The buffet breakfast was fantastic. Everything about this resort was high class. We had a very pleasant 30 walk along the beach to downtown Sitges and great restaurants. We highly recommend this hotel."

"I’ve stayed in this hotel many many times and it’s a fantastic Hotel in a fantastic position just outside town only 10 minutes walk to all the action. Very clean with great staff and a nice breakfast. Yesterday we were given a room in the main building where the reception is, the room was fine and the bathroom was really nice. The only problem I had this time was at 8 o’clock we were woken up by a terrible noise from the Gardener that went on until we decided to get up and we left. I’ve never had this problem before when I’ve stayed in the blocks behind the Hotel main building in the higher floor, rooms"

"Overall, I had a very pleasant stay. The hotel is in a great location, the facilities are excellent, and the breakfast buffet offers a good variety of options. Check-in and check-out were both smooth and efficient. I wasn't able to get an early check-in, but I completely understand that rooms may not be available. I arrived around 11:30 a.m. and waited until 2:00 p.m., taking the opportunity to enjoy a walk around the harbor. The only disappointment was the housekeeping service. Although I requested that my room be cleaned (and even went to the front desk to ask in person), when I returned from a party later that day, the bed had not been made. The towels had been replaced, but the room had not been properly serviced. Other than that, everything else was excellent, and I would happily stay here again."
