I reserved this room for my parents. They liked that they had a shuttle, breakfast and noon checkout. I noticed they had super early check in. That’s awesome! I might want to stay there for that reason alone. The only mis communication was the pick up from airport. They waited for over 30 mins by the time I called 3 times.

There is a lot of construction going on at and around the hotel...the big window at the end of our hallway was stuck open, so a lot of noise and dust comes in making it a bit hard to fall asleep...we were 15 ft from that window. Our AC unit worked, but it was not blowing cold air as expected...at least it was blowing semi-cold air...the hotel was completely booked, so there was no chance to request another room. Breakfast is included, but the hours are not ideal...they open at 7am...they should open at 430-500AM...many people have early flights. The room was nice and so was the bed and bathroom.

Nice hotel that is fairly close to the airport. Restaurant on site that is open until 11pm food that we ordered was great. Includes a decent buffet breakfast. The restaurant staff are friendly and helpful. Bed was comfy and clean rooms. No min fridge, coffee maker or hand towel. Shuttle was free but a little difficult to navigate from the airport without instructions from Expedia. Messages were not answered on the site.

Perfect for needs. Close to airport, descent restaurant and super helpful door attendant who spoke English and helped with bags. We had A LOT of luggage as we were moving from MX, and I was worried about the shuttle not being able to take them all. It did!
