"The hotel was amazing , all the staff were very friendly and professional, very helpful, every single staff member were smiling all the time, even when they had worked a lot of hours, nothing was to much trouble for them, right across the board, restaurants staff, bar staff house keeping staff , entertainment staff, all of them an amazing team that made our hoilday perfect . It was our first time going to a Riu hotel and we will certainly be going back, I work in hospitality so I know how hard it is , and I could tell that the staff all mix in together brilliant and thank you for an amazing time with entertainment every night perfect . "Beautiful, well kept hotel. Spacious rooms. Huge pools surrounded by palms and gardens. Food is generally very good and there is enough variety to please most people, most nights. Half board was good value, for us, as drinks are not expensive, with nice cocktails for €7 and beer for €4. Unless you are a massive drinker or never want to leave the hotel, all inclusive is probably less good value. "

Three suggestions NOT complaints 1. balcony could do with a light for evening dining, 2. a table or standard lamp in the lounge would be good as ceiling lights are a bit harsh in the evenings and 3. the matress could do with replacing as you roll into the middle."
"Good apartment for the money. The property manager was very efficient and helpful, the pool area is good with a bar at good prices, the properties around are mainly Spanish families.
One side of the quadrant had a bad fire some time ago and may need to be demolished and the whole building exterior is tired but the apartment is lovely really enjoyed our time there and yes I will go back gladly."
