We would certainly go back to this hotel again. Our room overlooking the pools was very nice & clean. The whole hotel had a relaxing atmosphere. All the staff were helpful and polite but a special mention for the Receptionist & the Restaurant manager who were very engaging.

Property itself is beautiful. The room was gorgeous! The dining at their restaurant was awful especially breakfast just awful worst food ever they didn’t even get espresso right! Really horrible food too bad absolutely gorgeous location and it could be amazing. Staff wasn’t very helpful I was hoping for an hour late checkout which most hotels accommodate but was told if I’m over half an hour I would be charged. They do have a late check up to 5 pm for fee of 15 euros which is great if you’d like to stay that late I just needed a few extra minutes communication was difficult for English speaking guests. Majority of guests were elderly or families with children who were very loud. Seems it caters to families, which is nice just didn’t expect that. I would return for the area and the room, but definitely would make plans to eat elsewhere.

El restaurante cerró a las 22:00 y el personal de recepción nos dijo que no podíamos ir a ningún sitio a cenar, sí que fuimos a otro sitio. La comida del desayuno estaba bastante mala, había variedad pero la calidad dejaba mucho que desear. La Habitación olía fatal, el baño no está separado y la fontantería no debe ir bien porque olía a alcantarilla. Por la mañana llegamos a las 11, cosa que había avisado meses antes para pedir hacer el check in antes ya que íbamos por un evento para el que nos teníamos que arreglar y me lo confirmaron, al llegar nos dijeron que no. Nos tuvimos que cambiar en un baño por ahí y no nos dejaron ni dejar las maletas. Tuvimos que recoger las llaves de la habitación por la noche. Además, después del evento llegamos a las 10 de la noche y nos íbamos al día siguiente. Yo llamé con anterioridad cuando llamé para lo de la llegada para pedir salir un poco más tarde y me dijeron que sin problema. Al llegar me dijeron que como muy tarde podíamos irnos a las 10am. El hotel estaba vacío… La verdad que no me gustó nada.

Bastante bien

El hotel tiene una ubicación perfecta si te gusta disfrutar de playas/calas tranquilas. Hemos venido en septiembre y no hay mucha gente, asique ideal si vienes en pareja. Servicio del hotel muy bien, tiene bastantes instalaciones para niños y adultos. El buffet es normalito, no esperes grandes lujos aunque la Cockteleria tengo que decir que está bastante bien para ser todo incluido, usan buen alcochol y lo elaboran uno a uno. La gente muy muy amable.

Wir sind zum 2. Mal in dem Hotel gewesen und wieder total begeistert! Schönes, gepflegtes Hotel mit toller Lage oberhalb des Meeres. Zuvorkommendes & hilfsbereites Personal, sehr leckeres Essen mit großer Auswahl in sehr guter Qualität.

Genial para unas vacaciones en familia

Es el octavo año que volvemos al hotel. Cada año mejor. La comida muy buena con zona de barbacoa. El pan recién horneado.... Cada noche temática distinta de comidas. El servicio de los camareros muy bueno

Buen hotel para desconectar

Personal super amable, en especial los chicos de la animación y los metres del restaurante. Instalaciones bien cuidadas, completas. Comida muy buena. Entorno espectacular. Si he de poner un pero es por la habitación que nos tocó, un primer piso a ras de calle con mucho ruido de coches, personas que pasan y por quedar justo frente a la zona de carga.

No volveré.

Nada alrededor. Es un mega hotel. Grande. Muchas habitaciones. El desayuno hay cientos y cientos de personas. Muy poco personal. El check in super super atenta Natalia pero al estar sola tienes que esperar y esperar. El mantenimiento de las habitaciones se ve todo de batalla. Es un hotel para batalla y diría que para grupos y grupos y grupos.

Hôtel agréable et calme en septembre les repas sont bon .La chambre est grande avec deux lits de 135plus une terrasse.A partir de 15 septembre les piscines extérieur sont fraiches.La piscine intérieur est très bien pour nager et la température de l 'eau est à30 degrés.Le personnel est très gentil. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour a ohtels les oliveres.

Superbe séjour !!

C'est la troisième fois que nous séjournons avec plaisir dans cet hôtel. Le personnel est d'une grande gentillesse, que ce soit à l’accueil, au restaurant ou, globalement, partout dans l'hôtel. Proche de la mer et doté de multiples piscines, sa situation est privilégiée, nous reviendrons très probablement l'an prochain, merci beaucoup !!
