We had a nice stay! House was clean, everything worked great with the house, no major issues other than they’re not being a regular coffee maker. We had to go purchase one. Also, the renters are liable for filling the propane tanks for the outside grills. So we ended up having to cook everything inside the kitchen, which was fine. One last thing, the photo show a diving board and there wasn’t one when we arrived. Other than that, it was pleasant, communicating with the owner.

Great house and great location

This house is in a great location with easy access to restaurants and I-10. It is spacious and comfortable. The backyard is a great outdoor space and the game room was a lot of fun for the family. Would love to come back in the summer to use the outdoor area more.

Great location for our visit to the Sun Bowl

My family and I visited El Paso to watch our son play in the Sun Bowl and chose this house to be our home base during our 6 day stay. We had two teenagers and a child in tow so we chose this house because of the game room and swimming pool that was offered. The home was true to the description and pictures, and we all enjoyed the various spaces that were offered. There's no dishwashing machine though, so be ready to wash dishes by hand.

Good for family gathering

We had a great time bringing the family together here for the Christmas holiday. The layout of the house was nice. Had a fun game room with activities. The kitchen was lacking a bit in tools for cooking meals, but was adequate to get by. The host was quick to respond to questions and check-in/check-out was easy. We would stay here again.

Repeat customers- let me tell you why!

We loved this beautiful property and our families have thus far stayed here three times and will keep doing so! 1) As a premier host, Christian is super responsive, respectful and laid back and he takes pride in a well maintained home having also made thoughtful additions that add to the experience of his renters 2) The home: it was spotless and had a subtle pleasant aroma ( where are those air fresheners?- I want one!). The open floor plan allowed for easy communication between the living room, dining room and the kitchen- as we know everyone wants to gather around the kitchen. Although quite open, it is private with a high backyard fence. The furniture is contemporary and comfy and loved using the fireplaces when it got cold. Bedding and towels are nice and toiletries and some kitchen basics are provided. 3) Location: easy access to downtown, but also walking distance to Mesa Rd which is full of restaurants, bars, coffee shop, grocery store, deli and don't miss the handmade treats at Chocolát down the road. 4) Extra features: enjoyed gathering around the outdoor propane fire pit, large pool, the separate bldg with the game room doesn't disturb the old folks in the main house, enjoyed using the weights and rower as well as dry sauna Highly recommend.

Highly recommend

Lovely, property -spacious, modern, very welcoming with amenities and the host is so responsive-above and beyond. Working fireplaces in living room and master bedroom, separate bldg with pool table and a large pool in the backyard The 4th bedroom functioned as our game room at opposite end of bedrooms so the younger folks could stay up late. Also enjoyed the rower and weights every day. Will do again!

Amazing house!!

The property is amazing!! The pictures do not do it justice. It is beautifully updated with a modern kitchen, wood floors throughout and even a sauna and exercise room. The location is perfect with the mountains as a backdrop. The backyard is an oasis with a large pool and lounge area as well as a playroom equipped with a pool table, hoops, and bar area. Christian is a great host and very responsive. We had a truly great time.

Home with a pool

Home with modern open floor plan, plenty of indoor space, beautiful outdoor space with refreshing pool in addition to a game room. Plenty of room for a family or group of friends.

Clean updated Modern Ranch Home

We enjoyed our stay at Christian's home in El Paso. We were visiting our son who is stationed at Ft. Bliss. The house is updated and modern. Great appliances in the kitchen, big tvs in the living room, family room and game room off of the pool. The Weber gas grill was new and we grilled out several times. The owner's communication was great.

The property was spacious, updated and clean. Christian the property owner was a great communicator and I will be staying here again when we are back in town.
