Ex Motel 6 run by a great staff but the property is terrible. The rooms smell and the carpets are dirty. I feel bad for the employees because they were all great with excellent customer service but they have a terrible property to work with.

The staff very helpful & cordial! The price was excellent. Under going construction. No swimming pool, no breakfast. We saw roaches & possible mice? Towels were falling apart. No blankets on beds, just a bedspread & sheets. Rooms didn’t look swept or mopped. No closets. But like I said, it is under construction. Did appreciate morning coffee at least!!!!

It is what u pay for, let me start with the positive things, no bugs, good hot water and pressure, quite when sleeping, bed pretty comfortable and no issues with my box truck being parked outside.. Now the place looks like it been under renovation for awhile now.. looks like they start a bunch of projects but never get any finished.. the pool cant be used it closed, the laundry doesnt exist and the snacks or drinks u must have coins for the machines.. u pretty much need to be bi-lingual, for sure a language barrier.. the rooms were not very clean, someone's bath scrunchie was left in the shower.. i clean the tub before I used it.. Very cheap place tho so if u need a place to.lay ur head and take a shower and leave its cool for that but anything more its not it..

It was very filthy it smelled bad the rooms were organized but furniture and walls and restrooms had stains and old furniture the toilet was wobbly, don't really complain as the matter of fact this is the first time on posting a bad a review, it has been the worst hotel I've stayed in my life

Rooms are clean but only upon arrival and initial check in, after that the guest and room, are left alone. Ignored actually, no cleaning service, no fresh clean towels, guest needs to ask for clean towels. Pool? What pool, just a small concrete hole at one end of the building that looks like some sort of protected swamp area. Staff is clueless and unable to meet the basic requests such as getting a hard copy of the final bill when checking out. The staff claims printers do not work and they are unable to fix or address the issue. Staff will eventually ignore a customer's request to speak to management or anyone in charge. But Staff is always ready to accuse the guests of being rude therefore ignoring and refusing to remedy any issues or concerns for the guests. Customer service is non-existent at El Paso Inn. I highly recommend this business NOT!
