"Our stay was phenomenal! Everyone was very nice, helpful, and willing to accommodate all our needs. When we checked in, there was a problem with the room that we were assigned. We went back to the desk and we were directed to the manager, Tyler. He not only resolved the issue and gave us an upgraded room, but he made our stay exceptional. We had two buffet meals there and the food was excellent. The ambience of the hotel just leaves a feeling of joy."

"Nice room but my goodness it’s noisy. There is an open air nightclub which runs until after 2am on the weekends. Front desk and concierge great although the hotel was quiet but still couldn’t offer a late checkout. Breakfast and bit of a shambles. They are also very confused about what is the Nobu and what is the neighbouring Punto Romano hotel. "

"Balcony overlooked paddle courts. Didn't need the aircon. Room needs an upgrade, ie painting, bidet cracked, flooring damaged and tiles missing on the balcony. But good size, clean and comfortable."

"Overall good, would book again, but some staff better than others, check in rather slow, considering I did it online, plus had two people come just at the same time. Need more staff. Cleaning staff did clean the room daily, but kept leaving two towels, when it's 3 of us. Sofa bed was set up, so it was good. Too much renovation going on, you need to send an email if you do any renovation to let guests know. The pool is closed for the season, tried to go up to see the view, which is a shame. Left our bags, but toilet out of order, out flight was in the evening, did not let us use the toilet and said there is only one in the cafeteria, eventually let us use it, that was the worst part.
