From the supervisors, waiters ans waitresses and housekeeping people, everyone was very welcoming and accommodating. The room that we got is an ocean view with balcony, which has the best views you can ever have. The location of the hotel is in Vin Beach, which has its own beachfront access, which is very clean and has security for the hotel. Thank you to Norvin and Mitch for all their assistance! Extremely happy with the hotel and would definitely come back!

Beautiful View, But Poor Cleanliness and Management The view from this hotel is absolutely stunning. Waking up to the scenic landscape was the highlight of our stay. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. The overall cleanliness of the property was disappointing. There were dogs and cats roaming freely around the grounds and restaurants, which not only created a mess but also made the place feel unhygienic and poorly maintained. The noise at night was another major issue: barking, howling, and other disturbances made it hard to get a good night’s sleep. We brought up our concerns with the management, but sadly, nothing was done to address them. There seemed to be little to no effort in enforcing cleanliness or providing guests with a peaceful environment. With some proper care and attention, this hotel could be a wonderful place, but until then, I can’t recommend it!

Il luogo dove si trova l'hotel è a dir poco fantastico, direttamente sulla spiaggia con alle spalle una zona commerciale dove trovare servizi di ogni genere oltre a negozi. Piscina con vista meravigliosa. Infatti il panorama nonchè i tramonti sono mozzafiato e le foto pubblicate sono veritiere. Sulla strada principale con i tok tok facilmente si raggiunge il piccolo centro del El Nido da dove poi partono le escursioni all'arcipelago. Lo scrivo in quanto questo aspetto mi preoccupava non poco prima di partire. In circa dieci minuti di percorso con questi mezzi si può tranquillamente raggiungere il "centro". Viste le tariffe che applicano mi aspettavo di più ..... ad esempio cambio degli asciugamani scarso, colazione ridicola. Il personale è stato sempre molto gentile e disponibile. L'albergo risulta pulito.

Great stay at Mua Tala. The views are out of this world, all the staff are friendly and helpful, everything was super clean. Everything did close up early and it’s fairly out the way so great for a quiet stay but maybe not for you if you want lots of choices and bustle although a transfer was easy and cheap. Would highly recommend

We had an amazing stay at this wonderful hotel! The service was absolutely top-notch — every member of the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Breathtaking

We had an amazing stay at this wonderful hotel! The service was absolutely top-notch — every member of the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Beautiful quality rooms and very attentive, friendly service through out the hotel. There is the most spectacular veiw out over the beach and ocean from the rooms and all public areas. Watching stunning sunsets from the pool was a highlight. The Beach Shack downstairs is a great place for a casual lunch or dinner & drinks, with lots of choices. Plenty of sun lounges & chairs on the beachfront & the complimentary use of paddle boards & kayaks was fantastic. We truly loved our stay & didnt find the many stairs to the room too taxing.

The property is in an amazing secluded area that is close enough to everything but gives you a little piece and quiet not to mention the beach is perfect.. We will be back same time next year.

This property have a million dollar view. I had stay there for seven nights. The breakfast was so so, Most of the time is a bit too salty. There are 2 servers are very exceptional, Lila and Ariel, Lila, she is very patient explaining the menu of local food to my wife. In the morning, the dining room is undermanned. I had observed that certain customer did get frustrated with the server, only one server in the morning for the entire dining room. Can only do so much by one person if too many guests show at one time. The morning I checked out. It was very early---0400 hrs. my flight was 0600 hrs.The hotel sent 2 helpers to my room to assist my luggages. They were extremely on time. I would stay there again.

Mua Tala was exceptionally clean! The bed was comfy, and the shower had great water pressure which was lacking in a previous resort. The rooms were exactly how it was online, but better. Staff were helpful and very friendly. They carried our luggage’s from the beach front to our van transfer which was very very appreciated. We would recommend others to stay here and we would again whenever we return to El Nido :)

The hotel is beautiful, the views are stunning, the infinite pool, the bathroom, and I could go on and on, the best I have to say was the staff, they made feel us comfortable from the first moment, Norvin was very kind and helpful all the time as so were everyone else. We loved the place and will strongly recommend to everyone.

Lovely very elegant beachside property. Hotel is not drivable, you have to walk a fair distance from the road to property along the beach. There are no elevators so getting to the rooms is not suitable for anyone not willing to climb multiple sets of stairs.

Kulkuväylällä ei opasteita, joten sisäänkäynti rannan kautta tulee varmasti yllätyksenä kaikille. Aamupala laadukas, joskin melko perusvarma setti. Tyylikäs uima-allas. Sehr stilvolle Einrichtung, immer sauber das Personal sehr zuvorkommend allerdings hatten wir ein Zimmer das weit oben war, als Paar ohne Kind war es noch in Ordnung allerdings war es trotzdem nach dem sonnenbaden am Strand unten immer wieder anstrengend hochzulaufen, auch der Weg bis zur Hauptstraße war etwas ungelegen allerdings sind wir auch nicht die sportlichsten ;) rundum hatten wir aber einen schönen Aufenthalt in El Nido

Great location, easy access to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Did not have to go to the town proper for our island hopping tour. We were picked up and dropped off in front of our hotel. Only thing is we had to climb 130 steps to get to our room which had a spectacular view.

WiFi did not work. AC did not work. No TV in room. I asked for a power adapter to charge Bluetooth speaker that was provided in the room and they just removed the speaker instead of providing a power adapter. For $330 per night, I was very disappointed. There is no parking, so if you have a rental car, as I did, you have to park on the very busy main highway and walk 700 m to the beach and hotel. The hotel is right on the beach, literally right next to the water, which is nice. It’s also a very busy beach, so take note if you’re looking for a quieter place. The hotel next door had a DJ playing at fairly high volume most of the afternoon into the evening. So no afternoon naps. The view is fantastic and it’s nice listening to the waves. The shower was great, very hot water. The breakfast buffet was solid. But I can’t get past this place not being able to provide basic amenities like WiFi and AC properly at that price point. I would definitely not stay here again and recommend against it.
