It can be rented as a half-house (3 bedrooms: 6 people) or as a whole house (3 bedrooms + second floor with a fantastic, spacious suite: 8 people total).
The property is always rented on an exclusive basis; all spaces (approximately 175 m² in total) are for the exclusive and private use of the group staying there and are not shared with other guests, providing the experience of staying in a private-use hotel.




On the main floor, you’ll find a large entryway, a storage room for your personal belongings, a very cozy living room, an open kitchen with a dining area, a fireplace, and the large main terrace.
On the first floor, there are three double bedrooms—all with aluminum windows, mosquito screens, and plenty of natural light—fully furnished and offering excellent views of the mountains, as well as a full bathroom.
And on the second floor, there is a “suite” with a double bed and a single bed, built-in closets, a TV, and a full bathroom with a shower, plus a private terrace with spectacular views.
The house is fully equipped with high-quality finishes and includes all the amenities: air conditioning on both floors, heating, a fireplace, 2 TVs, a DVD player, Wi-Fi, and books and magazines about wine. Washing machine, etc. And above all, our attentive and friendly service—we welcome each guest upon arrival to make their stay as easy and enjoyable as possible.
