This hotel is pretty decent. The best thing about it in my opinion is that it had an excellent view of the beach. And the shower was really nice. The rooms are small, not really clean. There was no shampoo and shower gel.The elevator stopped working when we were checking out, but the staff was really helpful, and helped us with our heavy luggage.

I stayed at Elaaz Farm for three nights and ended up extending my stay because it was so incredible! The peaceful setting, comfortable accommodations, and top-notch service made it the perfect getaway. The food was a highlight—fresh, local, and absolutely delicious. The staff went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. If you’re looking for a place to relax, enjoy nature, and savor amazing food, Elaaz Farm is it. Highly recommend and can’t wait to return!

Trashy hotel, outdated with nasty furniture, found blood in one of the sheets, they refused to clean the room if you’re staying more than one night, the key needs to be updated every day, never again, needs to shut down for renovation otherwise they will lose customers.

Definitely a budget hotel

It is a budget hotel but even so, the buit-in furniture was chipped and the bathroom had stains and was generally unappealing. There were two dirty mattresses against the wall in the hall. Nice swimming pool and good dinner menu. The breakfast was very basic. The man at the desk was polite, and arranged an "uber" to the station. It was an unwashed car but got us there.

Escaping Marrakech heat for the weekend

Very disappointed, the hotel is in dire need for makeover. Rooms are dirty (beds, showers…etc). I had to pay extra tax that wasn’t part of the booking price. The only thing that was nice and friendly was the staff. We didn’t have any other choices to pick from if you want to stay in the city and close to the beach. I hope management will take action to improve the image of this facility:-)

Unenjoyable experience

I really didn't like my stay in the hotel because I booked rooms with ocean views but I found the opposite. Rooms were not clean enough. Even the staff were not well-trained to communicate with clients. Very poor service

“The man at the reception told us that we had to pay 20 euros in tourist tax, while according to Expedia it was only 12 euros. Upon checking out, it turned out that the man at the reception pocketed the 20 euros, and we had to pay the tourist tax again. Additionally, we were initially given two bad rooms, and after complaining and slipping them some money, they changed the rooms for us, even though they initially claimed everything was fully booked. But once we gave them some money, it suddenly became possible. The hairdryer in the room was broken, but fortunately, I had brought my own. Otherwise, everything was fine. However, be aware that you may be scammed by the reception, so keep a close eye on things.”

Le séjour était convenable, à part un léger problème de propreté à l'extérieur de la chambre. Aussi au niveau du petit déjeuner, il y avait beaucoup trop d'attente pour avoir nos couverts, ainsi que la nourriture.
