Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
The pictures and description of the property did not match the actual property at all. They are absolutely misleading. The property was very filthy with many cockroaches. The wall in the kitchen was peeling. The dishes and appliances were extremely old and the light wasn’t even working in the fridge. The locks for the balcony door in the living room were broken so you couldn’t lock it, making the property very unsafe. The owner used chains since door locks were broken. There was also so much mold in the property you could smell it and it was such a safety hazard. I had to leave early and pay extra for another stay for health reasons because it was so bad. You also can’t sleep at night because of the sounds of dogs everywhere and also sounds of the apartment upstairs constantly partying.
