「The staff are very nice and accommodating. They clean the room everyday and replenishes any used items and/or towels. 」

「I enjoyed my stay here. Nothing fancy but the rooms are clean, the bed was comfy, and the shower was hot. They serve a tasty continental breakfast and all the staff were very friendly. 」

「Family owned. Very warm and welcoming, helpful, caring. Room very comfortable and clean. They coordinate tours and daily activities for you. We felt like home. Es un hostal familiar. Son muy cálidos, te reciben con mucha amabilidad y se preocupan por todo. El cuarto muy cómodo y limpio. Te ayudan a coordinar paseos y actividades diarias. Nos sentimos como en casa.」

「部屋はホテル情報より広かったが、ベッドの上掛けがペラペラのシーツ1枚だけにビックリ！ ホテルフロントに誰もいないことが多いが、隣(同じ建物)で経営しているスーパーのレジに言えば、対応してくれる。部屋のトイレットペーパーが無くなった時は、商品をくれた(笑) 屋上でいただく朝食は、気持ち良かった。コーヒーにミルクをお願いすると、ホットミルクとインスタントコーヒーの瓶が来たのには驚いた。 近くにレンタサイクルの店があるので利用した。 英語はあまり通用しない。 wifはフロント近くでないと繋がらない。」

「Lovely hostal on Isabella Island! I've stayed at 4 hostels in the islands and this one was by far my fav. Many lacked the social aspect, but here the owners have a lovely beach bar across the road where they hosted events (game nights, trivia, etc) which was great to meet other travellers. The rooms were spacious, shower was hot, rooftop area was nice. Only 1 item I disliked - 2 of the windows in my room were just screens at the top and couldn't be closed, so you could hear all the noise from...

「Établissement sans charme, l'accueil est à peine correct. Chambre avec clim, frigo et bonne literie. Il a fallu insister pour avoir un en cas à la place du petit dejeuner le jour de notre depart tôt le matin. Les chambres avec vue sur l'océan sont peut-être meilleures mais ellessont plus chere.」

「Fraud hotel. Tried to contact before checkin however number is not operational and there is no email. Hotels.com wasn't able to contact them either, yet they still charged my card. Going through a dispute with card company now. Avoid at all costs」
