「We reserved a room at this location, however we were switched to ZenZaru same ownership. At KiKaru the grounds were not maintained and the pool was unusable/not clean. When we arrived at ZenZaru the location was very inconvenient. You had to go down approximately 100 steps to get to the rooms. There is no reception area, no rest area/lounge. The room was recently finished but not complete. The bathroom/shower was large and comfortable, however the extreme hot water was not adjustable and poor...

「This is a modern hotel with huge rooms. Very comfortable. The closet is in the bathroom which is an interesting peculiarity considering that the living and sleeping area could easily have accommodated it. Safe works. The flora is austanding. Breakfast is good. Plenty of tasty coffee and tea. I definitely recommend this hotel. 」

「Everything about our stay was excellent! The rooms were nice and clean, the grounds were beautiful and well kept, the food at the restaurant was very good, and the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The reception staff helped us arrange tours and transportation, and gave us several good recommendations for places to see and eat. We would definitely stay here again.」

「Hôtel en hauteur avec belle vue, bonne accueil. Personnel agréable. On a apprécié la balade en forêt gratuite avec le guide de l'hôtel. On peut voir des animaux en prenant le petit-déjeuner ou près des balcons. Bon petit-déjeuner varié avec fruits frais, œufs brouillés, toasts,... Dommage que le café ne soit pas à la hauteur. Chambre propre et spacieuse, très bon Wi-Fi. Place de parking devant l'hôtel.」
