AC kept the room nice and cool. Basics were in the room. Although the the things in the room was very dated, like the TV and lack of USB chargers, the staff's service was really good and they were super nice. The only thing I was not a fan of was the thin walls. TV noise from the adjoining room could be heard. Also, one of the other guests woke us up at about 5AM with numerous f-bombs and threats to burn the entire place to the ground. Its not the staff's fault, but the walls do need to have more soundproofing.

The room I was staying in was clean. Continental breakfast was open at 5am! If you need something, Vons was just next door.

The staff especially the front staff are so great and accommodating. They changed my room as soon as I asked with no hesitation. The cleanliness of the rooms were a big problem. My first and second stay here were great but after this visit, I will not come back. The first room I received, there was fresh blood all over the carpet near the sink and bathroom area and the room smelled like moldy floor that had not been washed and dried properly. The following morning, staff were to friendly and changed my room. Second room has dead bug on the bed and once I had the air conditioning blasting to full speed because the room again smelled like moldy floor, there were small dead bugs coming out of the air conditioner and landing on my bed. I am unsure who approved the rooms as ready for customers but I dont think the cleaners care and more attention needs to be paid to these rooms.

Probably the best motel in Brawley. Pulled in for 1 night as we spent a few hours through sunset at the Imperial Sand Dunes just about 20 mins away. This was Day 1 of our southwest road trip thru Nevada, Utah and AZ. Restaurant right next door was solid. Parking easy, supermarket just a minute down the road. Breakfast was included but imo was below avg, typical hotel/motel breakfast, didnt like the taste of the sausage or eggs, but i never do at these types of motels.... the mini doughnuts were fire tho. Would stay again.

For starters given wrong room when addressed Fri t desk acted like OK? Room comfort was ehh at best. Says breakfast til 10 actually it's til 8. Also not breakfast they show you on site way way less. Not happy at all.
