「We enjoyed our stay at LaVentana Beach Resort. Lalo was helpful with information for our stay. Our room was 3 steps from the sand and we enjoyed the proximity to the beach. 」

The sliding glass door and bathroom windows did not have locks; the problem was never addressed despite multiple attempts; our security felt compromised though ultimately no issues with anything being stolen; stored highest value items in a secure safe.
