"Lo que no me pareció es que la piscina estaba vacía, no la pudimos utilizar. Aparte habíamos reservado el bus del hotel para llevarnos al aereopuerto y cuando nos presentamos a la parada el bus estaba full. Hubo otra pareja que se quedó por espacio con nosotros. El piloto del bus revisó y validó que estábamos en el listado de reserva para el horario, seguidamente fue al desk y nos informó que nos pedirían taxi. Asumimos que el hotel se haría cargo del costo, pero para mi sorpresa le tuvimos que pagar el viaje al taxi. Por lo demás la habitación bien, el desayuno bien, la ubicación bien."

"We booked Best Osuna Feria in Madrid for my daughter and her partner because the listing showed a pool and good facilities. Unfortunately, their experience was the complete opposite of what was advertised. Upon arrival, the reception staff were not particularly friendly, and the room they were given was dark, dingy, and felt unsafe. The curtains couldn’t be opened because the room was on the first floor directly next to the entrance, meaning anyone passing by could see straight in. To make matters worse, the door did not lock properly. This was reported to reception, but the staff seemed uninterested and even laughed. They offered to pay to upgrade, but were informed that no suitable rooms for couples were available—only family rooms. We then discovered that the pool was closed and completely empty, something we were never informed of prior to arrival. There were also no facilities available at all—no sunbeds, no tables or chairs—nothing that could compensate for the lack of a usable pool. Given how unsafe and uncomfortable they felt, the only option was to move them to a different hotel at our own expense. This was extremely disappointing and has left us out of pocket, although thankfully they were still able to enjoy their time in Madrid, which is a beautiful city. Expedia, I strongly recommend reviewing this property and considering removing it from your listings. The experience provided was nowhere near what was advertised."

"Rated 4 stars by spanish agency ciudad but wasn't 4 stars by American standards imo. Dated look in rooms. No pen or paper. No coffee pot. Clean but basic. Girl at desk was nice but had trouble speaking and understanding English which in an airport hotel seems like a necessary skill. Fine for an overnight stay. Nothing negative to report."
