部屋は清潔でスタッフの対応も良く、空港から近い。 特に朝食のレベルが高く、バラエティが豊富で味も良く毎朝楽しみだった。 旧市街から少し離れているが、空港から近い場所が良い場合にはかなりオススメ。

Decent hotel but fell short in some significant ways. The check-in experience was idiotic, the woman kept misspelling my name despite having my passport in front of her. I ended up having to fix it myself on the computer which was unacceptable. Same story with my phone number, generally the more times people make me repeat the same thing, the less they are listening. Also I speak fluent Spanish and English so it’s not like there was a language barrier. The room was clean but the sink was poorly designed and leaked water all over the wooden floor every time I used it. Other than that, all was good. Nice breakfast, good location and helpful staff for the most part. With some slight improvements, it could have been a much better experience.

People was amazing, very diligent, gentle and super nice
