「We really liked the hotel because it was in a good location for us and very clean. What we didn’t like was no mini-fridge and there needs to be better communication on their listing as to what floor the room is on as well as no elevator.」

「The hotel rooms and bed are smaller compared to the IHG hotel’s Stateside. There is no microwave or iron/iron board in the rooms. The bathroom felt very tight. There were no face towels. I recommend bringing your own. The breakfast was fresh and great. There are no water fountains in the lobby area. I guess it was good for the European standard. 」

The kitchen counter was covered in sugar, and the nightstands and shower had visible debris and dust. We booked this place partly for the sofa bed, but no second set of sheets was provided...
