"Great location to visit Masada. Breakfast was very good. The only issue we had was when we returned in the evening, we had to wait a long time for someone to open the gate to let us into the property."

"I checked few hotels in Ein Bokek. Some of them have AC very noisy. This hotel was very quiet in this matter. Another good thing was, no kids. It was another reason for a quiet place. The only problem was, I was in non-smoking area outside with the sign "No smoking". Some people disregarded the sign and they smoke. I asked person on front desk to get involved in this matter , but he just ignored it. He suppose to stop them from smoking or to send then to a smoking area."
"The hotel itself was fine. Nothing special about it relative to the other properties in the area. Room was small.
However, they took every moment to charge whatever they could. I forgot to add my child I had with me to the reservation and they charged me 400 NIS to add him to include breakfast. Since we only had 1 bed and there was no additional work for him being there, they effectively charged me 400 NIS for breakfast. In the moment I had no choice, but leaving this review is my recourse. The staff were unhelpful. Stay elsewhere if you could."
"Excellent place to stay while visiting Jerusalem. The staff and service were excellent. Quite elegance for those in the know this is the place to go. Can’t wait to come stay here again. Special thank you goes to the front desk staff who made the check-in experience after a long flight a seamless experience. The room was nice and nicely finished though the shower got some getting used too. The food and especially the breakfast are a must."
"I enjoyed the pool very much. However, I was quite disappointed that the website did not disclose that the steam room is currently not operational, as that was actually the amenity we needed most."
