As it was the Ascention weekend there were no taxis available so the hotel manager Eric kindly gave us a lift into town to a greek restaurant. Hotel was clean and tidy and the rooms were absolutely fine. My only criticism is that there was only 1 feather pillow supplied which was way too soft, my head sunk straight through it. "One of the best hotels I stayed in. Everything was perfect. The breakfast was outstanding! It had everything you could ever want. And if it wasn't there, the great staff was willing to get it for you. Unfortunately, we stayed only one night. Anklam itself is not very exciting, but it seems to be nice for outdoor activities."

The breakfast (included in the price) was excellent with wide spread of choices. Help yourself. After a long flight to Berlin the hotel an hour north was an ideal stopping place."
