Tiny Home Colorado River View/Near Quartzsite

Our home has river views and river access. It is a brand new tiny home, 399 square feet, with loft. You will have river views from the porch while enjoying the firepit. Enjoy river and desert sports. Take a trip to Quartzsite. One exit from the California border.

The space
Stay at our tiny home in the Arizona Oasis Resort. You can relax on the porch and watch the river or take a quick walk to the river front. The house includes master bedroom and loft. The Master Bedroom has King size bed with TV and Roku. There is a pocket door attaching the restroom to the Master. The loft has memory foam queen, fold out single sleeper, and Smart TV. The Living Room has river views and a 55" Smart TV with cable, as well as a futon sleeper. The kitchen includes all new appliances, including a mini dishwasher. There is a large pub table with seating for 4. The house has river views from inside and the porch. The front deck has 6 chairs to relax and a propane fire pit table. There is also a propane grill for your use. We ask that you bring a tank of propane for use. All of Arizona Oasis Amenities are included in your stay such as pool, spa,(And they are open!), boat launch, desert trails, and other activities. There is even a beach front with fire pits and playground. A laundry room with machines available for a fee just a short walk away.

Arizona Oasis does have little cabins to rent if you have a larger group and need more room.
