"Nicely situated just outside the town of Eger about 2 hours out of Budapest. But poor quality staffing meant that corridors to rooms were never cleaned (Same piles of dust on the stairs throughout 4 days). Tiny bath towels. No clean towels or bath mats provided at all. No spare toilet rolls....1 per room. Four shower cap boxes in bathroom but only one contained a shower cap!...the rest were empty. Soap only available from a dispenser. Requests for room service or poolside service for sandwiches...

Звукоизоляция не на высоте, во время нашего приезда какая-то группа встала часов в 6:30-7:00, причем на другом этаже, так это напоминало общий подъем в пионерлагере, хотя соседи вели себя не шумно, а просто двигались по номеру. "Cozy hotel with impeccably clean rooms. Nice breakfast to start the day. The manager, Gabor, was anxious to meet every need and was willing to please. Location is at the foot of the castle in conveniently located to all the sites. The town is easily walkable and people are super friendly. Lots of great restaurants."
