Beautiful and charming. Very pleasant staff. Be aware that the elevator is very antiquated so 1 person and 2 large suitcases at a time is all that will fit but was not a problem. Beautiful location would stay here again! Side note, like most places in Italy, there is a city tax you have to pay at checkout so be aware

The property was very old. The front door of the hotel doesn’t work. We have to go through the side door.
Our room’ carpet. It’s very dirty..
My kid took a bath in the bathtub, but when the water filled it up the bathtub, there are bugs floating up and there are hairs came out of the drain.
Room service doesn’t start until 7 am which is different from all the five star hotels we used to stay in with 24 hours from service.
For the price, they’re charging me 8k for 5 nights for a deluxe trip rooms , it’s not worth the price tag.

"We made a last minute trip to the Prarie Band Casino…..to see the KANSAS Concert and we were unfortunately late getting there and only got to see the last 30 minutes of the Show but nonetheless we went to the Casino and played for a solid 3-4 hours and had a Great time ! The rooms were very nice ..."
