Walking distance from one trailhead and so close to Minturn shops and restaurants. The hosts were very communicative and even dropped off a box fan for us when the temps got kind of toasty. The hot tub was a huge draw for us as a post race recovery. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and so were the bathrooms.
