At 1,136 sq ft, this residence is one of the larger 2-bedroom floorplans in the complex, offering a spacious, single-level living layout with no stairs and direct walk-out access to the Eagle River. Enter via the front door along the side of the building or directly from the attached 1-car garage, with adjacent guest parking just steps away for the ultimate convenience.

Inside, the unit has been beautifully updated with new luxury vinyl flooring, new carpet, fresh paint, new appliances, new furnishings, and new fixtures. The open-concept living area features a cozy gas fireplace, perfect for relaxing after a day in the mountains. A covered patio off the living/dining area is ideal for grilling and outdoor dining, while another private covered patio off the primary bedroom invites you to enjoy morning coffee or evening cocktails against the breathtaking mountain scenery. The kitchen is efficiently designed and open to the dining and living areas, making it easy to entertain or unwind after a day of outdoor adventures.

The large primary bedroom includes a full ensuite bathroom and sliding doors to a second private covered patio. The second bedroom is well-sized, and the versatile bonus area adds flexibility to the floor plan—perfect for a workout space or an additional sleeping area thanks to a Murphy bed. A second full bathroom serves the second bedroom and the bonus area, with a convenient powder room for guests.
