「Great location! Walkable to Avon and Nottingham park. Nice decor and great value. We stayed July 4 weekend with weather over 90 degrees. The unit is on the ground floor somewhat below ground so some open windows and a fan made it quite comfortable even without AC!The clean could have been better prior to check in. Towel on stove was dirty and bathroom floors could have used a sweep. Also showers are tight! I’m 5’7” inches and had to crouch to wash my hair. My family is all over 6 ft so it was...

「Only concern was a strong moldy/BO smell coming from the laundry area」

「It was the perfect stay for visiting our son for a week.」

「We enjoyed our weekend getaway here with our 2 good friends. Place is very cozy and inviting. We were asked to remove shoes at door. Floors seemed to be a little sticky walking through hallway and kitchen area. Liked the natural lighting during the day. It is a little noisy being so close to the road but not horrible. We had some trouble getting the tv to work, seemed to be some bad connections or loose wiring. We did get it to finally connect so didn't need to reach out to anyone. Kitchen had...

「This stay exceeded our expectations from start to finish. Check-in was simple and the property looked even better in person than in the listing photos. Communication with the host was smooth and easy throughout. We’d happily book again and recommend it to anyone looking for a hassle-free stay.」

「Host was very responsive. Wonderful condo conveniently located just a short drive to both Beaver Creek and Vail. Well appointed kitchen for those who like to cook during their stay. Will definitely recommend to friends and family!」

「The host provided clear and detailed check in instructions. The condo is in an excellent location, walkable to Nottingham Park and the Bear Lot, and had a great view of Beaver Creek. Furnishings are modern. The room with elevated twin beds was perfect for our kids, the sofa in the living area converted to a comfortable bed, and the primary bedroom was also comfortable.」

「Very nice space - convenient location, loved the babbling brook, also very quiet .」

「This was a super clean, fully-equipped condo that made us feel right at home. We loved the bright morning sun, being able to walk to Agave for Taco Tuesday (great food!), and the convenient proximity to everything in the Vail valley. The river walk trail, a paved path good for walking, biking, etc., is just past the buildings, so between our other plans we enjoyed a walk to town for coffee, stopping off to play in the river, and took in the peaceful sound of the water. The complex was quiet and...
