The Eagle Valley Recreation Path is located right behind the house and will bring you to all the convenience stores, restaurants, and entertainment within Riverwalk business center village. ECO Bus Pick up is located across the street for transportation needs. This is a very private location with a rooted connection to nature and features large decks on both stories that overlook the Eagle River. Enjoy prestigious fishing as your stay includes river access with its own riverside patio, outdoor fire pit, and natural river rock coves to fish or dip in and cool off on those hot, sunny days.

This furnished home features a large open floor plan with lots of room for relaxation and seating for entertainment. Bar top seating at the kitchen peninsula as well as a dining room. The living room has an elegant fireplace encompassed by sliding glass doors that face the Eagle River. Enjoy the fire's ambiance and comfort with the sound of the soothing river in the background. Large perimeter deck for outside relaxation and enjoyment. Not many homes offer the privacy that this home has with its tranquil connection to mother nature.

Main-level master bed room: This room is a great size room with a king bed, walk-in closet, jacuzzi tub/shower and linen closet.

Upstairs west bed room: Large-size bedroom featuring a queen bed with organized closet storage. Great south-facing mountain view and private deck.

Upstairs east bed room: Large-size bedroom with organized closet storage. Amazing views of Game Creek Bowl at Vail Ski Area and private south-facing deck.

Upstairs master bedroom: The bedroom is large enough to be considered its own apartment. Large vaulted ceilings, gaslit fire place, king bed, love seat, and massive master bath with large tub and independent shower. Pamper yourself and soak with view of Eagle River and Vail's Game Creek Bowls. His and her vanity, a powder room, and walk-in closet that you could live out of. The bedroom also has a 3rd story view off the private deck looking over the river. This is to die for.

Work study and common foyer area upstairs. This wing of the house has excellent natural light for office space, a sleeper sofa, and additional entertainment/seating area.

Upstairs you will also find a spacious laundry room with lots of storage.

This home is part of a quad-plex. The property consists of 4 different units. With this specific rental, you are entitled to access on the center and eastern wing of the upper two levels of this building. There are two apartments in the basement of the multi-family dwelling and the traditional log portion of the home/garage is its own separate unit. **Note that there is no garage access with this rental** All four units have their own private entrances. There are common walk ways that lead you to the shared riverside patio. Please be mindful during your stay that others reside on the property. Its a very friendly and welcoming environment.

Parking is limited to 3 full size vehicles. Assigned parking will be given in check in instruction. If additional parking is needed please reach out and I will see if i can make accommodations.

Be aware of wildlife. Leave no food outdoors. DO NOT FEED the wildlife, please. We have bear-proof trash bins on the property. Please use them and confirm they are secure. There are bears and other wildlife present here so this is important for their safety as well as yours. Thank you!
