This 1-bedroom private basement suite has a side entry with a convenient keypad lock. The property has brand new in suite washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave and a stove.

The living room has a new great feel sofa, a coffee table with an LED light for a nice low light ambiance, a 55inches smart tv with logged in Netflix account, computer internet cable outlet and a smart thermostat with Alexa.

The bedroom is reasonably large with an LED light night stand, bedside lamp, a wardrobe, hangers, pressing iron and ironing board.
