Good evening
As there was not a walk through when we came to the house there is no proof that there was damage was from us, after leaving he blamed a broken bed on me. There were several things broken in the house as I pointed out to him when I discovered the problems. Things like the oven did not work, the water on the fridge did not work. I also had to clean the house as there was urine around the toilet and the kitchen was filthy as well as the house. I washed walks, had to vacuum and spent all day scrubbing, as it was so unsanitary. He messaged me that we were using to much water. As there were three of us I had to do dishes lots as there was only 4 of everything. To add to that I also bought dishes, cups, dish clothes, mattress covers for two beds (as there was plastic covers on the mattresses) and utensils. That cost me an additional $200.00 and I was kind enough to leave it there. Kelly also still owes me $1000.00 as he asked me to transfer him money to stay there for the next two weeks, but then cancelled on me last minute which left me scrabbling for a new place. He also just sent me a message through VRBO that he is charging me 327.00 for damages. I would not trust this owner as he is a scam artist it seems.
