Water and coffee offered in the lobby everyday. Great location if you have plans downtown and a ton of great restaurants and cafes within 5 min walk. "

My only qualms were the non refundable $28 charge (in addition to the fees we already paid) when we arrived for miscellaneous restaurants which we had no interest in using and the air conditioner- no matter how low it was set, the room retained a constant temperature of 82 degrees- we were constantly soaked in sweat."

Pike Place is just a few blocks away, lots of restaurants within walking distance. There's a Target is nearby in case you need something. My only tiny gripe (and it IS tiny) is that there are no microwaves. Not in the room or in the lobby, or, if there are, they are well hidden away."

We were traveling with a wheelchair family member. staff was very attentive and helpful in helping us get around. We had a normal room, not wheelchair accessible"
