「Unit (as advertised) is small for a family of four. Location was great, next to the pool, beach access, and amenity center. Unit was not as clean as it could’ve been. Beds were clean and fine, it just seemed as though it were due for a deep clean」

「This was very convenient to walk around to Night Heron Park and to the beach. The unit is showing its age, but it was very comfortable and clean.」

「Central location that was convenient to all that Fripp had to offer. We rented a golf cart to get around. We ate at the restaurants on the island, loved both Bonito Boathouse and The Beach Club ( thanks Camryn ). Beach access was convenient and not crowded. Enjoyed the live music at The Sandbar. Great first trip to Fripp Island and we will be back!」

「The check in process at the resort was terrible. No parking pass at the front gate. Had to go to the guest services to get the pass and then go get back in line at the front gate. The amenities cards were not waiting for us at the unit as promised. Had to go back to guest services to get them. If we had arrived after 9:00 PM as originally planned, we would not have been able to check in the first night because we would not have been allowed to drive on to the island. Had to go pick up golf...

「Great location! The unit was very clean. Only issues were the rusted chaise lounges in the patio which I asked to have removed as my 1 1/2 year old grandson was with us and I didn’t want to risk him getting cut on. They were quickly removed but not replaced. Also had two chairs on the patio that the seats were ripped out of. The beds was very comfortable however could use new pillows. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook for the two weeks. All in all a good stay. 」
