Stayed in Large handicap accessible room. No means to keep water from roll-in shower going all over bathroom floor, posing slipping hazard. Breakfast was mediocre. Furniture in room had some damage. Palmetto bug in bathroom upon arrival.

Bed was hard as a rock and my head sunk right through the two pillows. The AC unit turning on and off was so loud it woke me up throughout the night. Was not a comfortable night sleep. Liked the kitchenette and the free breakfast is one of the better ones

Great Staff

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They went out of thier way to make our stay great! We enjoyed swimming in the pool each evening. The location was perfect. We would definitely stay again.

I stayed at Towne Plaza Suites for 5 days.This was my first time to Charleston. I arrived at Towne Plaze after a terrible experience with car rental situation.I was teary eyed and Valina staff at desk was amazingly kind. The enire staff were so thkughtful amd kind.I really cannot say enough good things of them all. The suites are sooo clean and wonderful. God bless them all
