"Breakfast was fresh and plentiful, lots of choice , pool was a bonus with both sauna and steam room working . Great Hairdresser tucked away in a corner , her name is Cheryl and she saved the day with a great cut and blowdry , Rooms were big enough and stocked with water tea and coffee, did not realise till last day that room domestics were done every 3 days , so had to ask for extra towels and coffee at reception . If I could change anything it would be the pillows on the bed , not so comfy , overall a great stay and perfect for using the tram into city . "

"Disappointed nice and clean staff at reception were excellent. However £45 per person to use the spa forn3 hours is a bit steep unless you’re a millionaire. Also for a 5 star hotel our room had several things wrong with it . Not to mention you d expect the room to be cleaned by housekeeping for the price . We had room service the night before and when we returned the following evening tray was still in room bed was not made and it was obvious housekeeping had not been in the room . Even the premier inn cleans the rooms daily. Very disappointed . "

"Location of hotel for exploring Edinburgh is excellent and public transport to / from the Airport & further afield is excellent & easy to access. We were first time visitors & used the Airlink bus. All the hotel staff were so friendly & could not have been more helpful. The food we had, including room service one evening, was reasonably priced and delicious There is also a good selection of pubs, restaurants, shops etc including the Royal Mile, just a few steps from the hotel. The room & bathroom was very quiet, spacious and comfortable and whilst it was clean it is starting to show signs of wear. If returning to Edinburgh we would definitely book this hotel again."
