Nice location and friendly staff. Clean room. I appreciate the daily water bottle placed in the fridge with each service. The lighting in the room was not the greatest. The room was relatively dark.

The staff was friendly and location was very convenient. Only concern, if you have a heavy suitcase there is not a ramp available to get to the elevators. Other than that I would stay there again.

Pretty much self service, including dragging all our 3wks of luggage up 2+ flights of stairs (wont see that in their description). The elevator didnt work so we also had to drag luggage down 6 flts upon departure. No concierge, no amenities, a do it yourself place. The suite is not a suite. I think it is listed at only 393sf; no room separation not sure how they get away w the term “suite”. Tv is at foot of the bed, not separate. There is a small 8x10 alcove which has of all things only a bath tub in it, outside of bathroom - could have had a love seat and tv and ideally a partial wall. Poor design, much of the room is bathtub, hallways, sep bathrm, and 3-5’ slanted ceiling. Water pressure weak, bed real nice. Great location. Try somewhere else.

Our Cosy Double room was lovely and spacious. Everything was very clean and well appointed. Staff were super welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and most welcome on the offer suggested to us, as were the cocktails we had using the vouchers included in the offer. Thanks for making our stay so enjoyable.

Front desk staff was very helpful and the room was cleaned very well daily. The one downside was our room faced the alley (the view was fine), but the rubbish trucks and the keg deliveries arrived bright and early at 6am each morning. Wonderful convenient location, but the noise was a downside of the room where we were placed.

If you have heavy bags getting to your room is a bit of a challenge and no one from the staff offered to help any of the times I was coming in or out with my bags. The elevators are very slow, and it takes awhile to get from your room to the exit.
