Basic but quiet, safe and clean. Great location. Arrived 10am ( check in 3pm ) to see if we could leave luggage and were able to check in there & then. Unexpected but very pleasant.

We reserved a standard bed room a month in advance. We were instead given a room for the disabled (with all the alert wires hanging in the room and bathroom, a half open shower door), and were told that it was because they are fully booked (apparently they don't understand the meaning of a RESERVATION. The price charged was the same. - Toilet wouldn't flush well - you needed about an hour for the water tank to fill up enough to flush your waste. - Air conditioning seems to be controlled by the building owners and not the guests - you couldn't turn on the AC. They said when the weather warms up then they will allow use of the AC. Instead we were given a cheap electric fan and asked to open the window. - Bedsheets seemed dirty when we arrived. - Receptionist told us we had a great view out the window. It turned out to be blocked by building walls all around. - The only plus for this place is the location - right across Waverly Station.

Very convenient! Right behind Apple Store on Princes Street. Room was basic but comfortable, with great large bathroom. Bar is open 24/7 and the staff were nice .definitely stay again.

Small room for two people. No microwave or mini fridge so couldn’t keep drinks. No view and no bucket or anything to even get ice to try keep drinks cold. Doors just got painted so the smell was throughout the room and hotel. And zero bin in rooms which is weird. No bag in toilet bin.

Brilliant location. Extremely disappointed by the size/quality of room. Pictures do not match what you check in to. Staff were lovely and room was clean. Absolutely not worth the price we paid, if the location wasn’t so good we would have changed to a different hotel when seeing the room.
