The bed was very comfortable and the linens were perfectly clean, which I appreciated. However, I would strongly advise wearing slippers in the bedroom and bathroom. The floors were quite dirty, and specifically, there were dried urine stains on the bathroom floor around the toilet. It’s clear that the cleaning is not done thoroughly.

Lovely Stay!

Perfect stay in Edinburgh! Easy to check in and out and the hosts are very helpful and accommodating. Great if you need an easily accessible place to stay while touring Edinburgh. Very close to the tram/bus stops and in a quiet neighborhood!

Lovely quiet street. Even sleeping at the front there was beautiful peace and quiet. Room was wonderfully cosy on a cool November night and made you feel welcome.

My stay at this hotel was absolutely pleasant. The hotel is easy to find and located in a great spot, making it perfect for a comfortable stay. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed, which left a great first impression. The room was clean and well-equipped, making me feel at home right away. The location was also a big plus: everything is nearby, which was very convenient. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Good-very warm which would be great in winter but uncomfortable in the warm weather. Fortunately I had brought my fan as there was no way to cool the room-bathroom was clean and surprisingly spacious. The room was good. But, there was no lock for the toilet. The door kept opening while you are having a shower or the other thing. That made me uncomfortable. The shower was tooo hot. Even when I turned the nob to cold, it is either ice cold or boiling water. I had to splash water on to my body instead of having a shower.
