The location was perfect! Getting the luggage up the stairs was a bit of a mission but well worth it. The laundry facilities were so handy. The apartment was well equipped and had everything I needed for my stay in Edinburgh, I’d happily stay again.

We had a great stay at this apartment in Edinburgh. The location was fantastic, right across from Waverley Station, with great views of the city, yet surprisingly quiet. There’s no elevator, but we actually enjoyed the stairs and didn’t find them a problem at all (Crazy I know). The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well equipped, and the host was quick to respond whenever we had questions. One small suggestion would be to consider updating the carpet or adding flooring in the bedroom, but overall we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!

It would have received an Excellent review except we were located on the 4th floor. Other than too many steps, and yes I know this has to be expected in Edinburgh, it was a great location, great unit, well equipped and very clean. I would stay there again if I could get a lower floor level

location was great. Very close to town centre, shops, cafes, restaurants and areas of interest. There is no lift in the property, which meant climbing several flights of stairs to get to our room. Good window soundproofing - able to shut out the noise of the busy street.

Beautiful, immaculate 1 bed, 1 bath with spacious living suite. Incredible views of the city. Excellent location for exploring Edinburgh. Great amenities that you wd find in a hotel. Property managers were quick to respond to our questions and needs. We were on 4th floor which was quite a haul With luggage. 2nd floor luggage storage needed more space.

Excellent, quiet, and spacious room, perfectly located if you want to check out downtown, princess street, the royal mile and Edinburgh castle, sound proof windowed, right next to the train station and airport shuttle, next to tons of restraunts and easy access to public transport, great laundry machines, clean room and amenities, big shower, would stay here again if visiting Edinburgh for a quick trip. View of the Scott monument from the room as well.

Excellent place for travelers. Train and airport bus is directly across the street, you can see the airport buses that leave every 10 minutes from the window. Clean and quiet room with comfortable furniture and a nice bathroom. Hike up the stairs but there are plenty of stairs in Edinburgh.

Close to what we needed to get to. Having a safe was handy. Luggage storage worked well! Could not find any useful clothing storage. Space was tight had to move couch to open dishwasher. Had to move rubbish bins to sit at table. Table was unstable (uneven footing)

We booked the room but were put in the very top floor! It was over a hundred stairs to the top! If you have any luggage over above your carry on you are struggling! It was a small place for two People. They said a king bed??? No it was a double bed and a very uncomfortable sofa. It was a lot to pay for very little comfort. Location was good. Just the logistic are horrible!
