worst accommodation/experience of my life
I tried to contact the owner months before to ask if it was possible to check in earlier, he only responded on October 2nd after requests from the vrbo staff, obviously telling me that I couldn't enter before 3pm because there were other guests. So we go at 3pm on the day of booking and the house was completely dirty, very dirty bathrooms, beds still to be made up, sheets used by previous guests, a total disaster, I called the owner who told me to come back in 1, 5 hours and that he would have cleaned everything, after about two hours he wrote to me telling me that the house was no longer available, that there were other guests, then he changed his story and told me that there was a problem with the bathroom. He offered us two other structures, both with only one bathroom and much further from the centre, it was 7pm in the afternoon and so we had to accept for fear of not finding other accommodation. The following day at 3pm when we returned to the house the hot water wasn't working, after several calls they finally answered and went to the house to repair the damage, the damage was only repaired at 5pm, we lost another two hours. For all this inconvenience the owner only offered me a 10% refund, shame on me. Stay away from these people. Highly not recommended!!!
