「First and foremost let me begin by saying the host was very prompt and courteous. Check in is 3pm and yet they allowed us to check in at 8am after traveling for 8hrs on the road. That alone was A. There were no plastic options for poolside drink containers which would make sense to provide. We were short on pool towels which is not a big deal but would have been nice.
