"We had a great stay in this cottage. It was perfect for 2 people. They had supplies you always forget to pack including shampoo/conditioner! The best part was having good coffee from a keurig!! It was hands down much better than a hotel and waking up in the wooded area and seeing deers in the morning was so great! Communication was quick with owners as well! Thank you!! If we are ever in that area again, I would absolutely stay again. 🙂"

"Loved this property. The property owner was very gracious and attentive to us. The house was wonderful..a beautiful rental. It had everything we needed. I fell in love with the design and decor. Loved it. We were all very comfortable. It is exactly as described in the photos. It is cozy, warm, and inviting. Extremely clean and everything was perfect taste. "It was advertised as a 2 bedroom house that you have the whole house to yourself. When arrived it was occupied and would have to share with 2 other people. Me and my wife were celebrating our wedding anniversary. We didn't think we would have to share the house with someone else. The host was nice but we didn't feel comfortable staying the night there. "Recital weekend at Averrett University, house was only a 5 minute walk from the venue. House was as described, we had plenty of room for getting ready and the house was beautifully lit at night when we returned. Would recommend if needing something close to the University, however parking is very limited to 2 vehicles only!"

"It is an old house, as stated in the ad. Some rooms had bad smell, especially the BR in the basement. Lots of room for everything. We had minor plumbing and electrical issues. Some of the bedrooms were inter connected, had privacy issues. Disappointed with the pool, as it was not clean despite the efforts from two people who came to clean it. Overall it was good!"
