Spectacular design and a chic, contemporary style await in this craftsman patio home overlooking the 14th fairway of the Wolf Creek Golf Course. This delightful home will provide an ideal home base from which to explore all the incredible outdoor opportunities on your next mountain vacation. Skiing is most easily accessed at Powder Mountain or Nordic Valley resorts, with Snowbasin Resort a short drive across the valley. In the summer, it's miles and miles of trails for hiking, mountain biking, trail running, or just taking in a morning stroll.

All set on one level, the main living space is anchored around a cozy gas fireplace surrounded by comfortable and modern furniture. This is the heart of the home and the place for gathering, taking in the latest blockbuster or football game. The fully stocked kitchen is adorned with solid wood flooring, bright white cabinetry, thick quartz countertops, a gas range, and a large dining room­–all wrapped up in a wide open floor plan. The space is bathed with natural light coming in through the large picture windows. After adventuring in the mountains all day, spend the evening gazing across the valley while soaking in the hot tub on the back patio.

Adjacent to the main living room is the spacious king main bedroom ensuite with equally impressive views, a large walk-in closet, and an impressive bathroom with double vanity, quartz countertops, and a grandiose shower. The second bedroom has a beautiful queen bed adjacent to the full hallway bathroom. The third bedroom has two queen beds adjacent to the full hallway bathroom. The laundry room and mudroom area lead to the ONE-car garage.

Wonderful winter getaway

Had a fantastic time. Amazing view!! Hot tub was perfection. The kitchen had everything we needed and then some. Management was always responsive. Had a slight issue with hot water in one bathroom but was resolved right away. The girl that fixed it was amazing and offered to help with anything we needed, she even shoveled the back patio so we could get to hot tub easily. Snow removal was done in front literally as the snow was falling!! Great neighborhood to walk including the golf course. Will stay here again.
