Peppercorn Cottage is the ideal get away to relax and rejuvenate in this quiet leafy setting. The Cottage has polished boards, high ceilings and ceiling roses. It has 3 bedrooms and one centrally located bathroom. Relax on the shady veranda at both the front and rear of the house. The house is securely fenced and with the cubby house is ideal for young families. The yard is suitable for pets, but all animals must be kept outside the house.

Great not so little cottage.

The cottage was very homely. It had everything we needed plus more. The Owner has gone to a lot of effort to make your stay very comfortable and enjoyable.Great location only minutes to Port Precinct and shops.Thanks Deidre we will definitely stay here again when in Echuca

Once again Peppercorn Cottage provided a relaxing, comfortable and enjoyable stay. Clean, quiet and accommodating property, with a few treats on arrival, made for a perfect escape. We’ll be back again !

Great stay for families

I booked this house as a getaway for me, my best friend and her two young children. It was absolutely amazing, it had a cubby house and toys, a big backyard with lots of grass and shade. The property was incredibly clean and the host was so helpful and easy to communicate with! Will definitely be booking again

A lovely weekend away

Peaceful and Convenient

All our needs were fully catered. Lovely extra touch were the drinks and dip after a long drive. After a month away from our own beds these were the most comfortable beds with beautiful linen that we have slept in.

Relaxing mini break

Peppercorn Cottage is authentic but well appointed and very comfortable. The welcome bottle of wine, dip and biscuits on arrival was a sweet touch and greatly appreciated. It was great to find dog friendly accommodation with a fenced yard in a quiet location. Perfect place to stay for a relaxing break.

Lovely stay

It’s our second stay in in Peppercorn Cottage. It’s what holidaying in historical Echuca is all about. Lovely tree lined street and an easy walk into town. What a Gem

What a lovely experience from the time of arrival with a bottle of wine and snacks waiting.A weekend away with my teenage boys did not disappoint. Beautiful cottage

Peppercorn Cottage is one of the best holiday rentals we have had. The house was immaculately clean, the layout was great and the outdoor areas lovely. The host thought of everything! Would definitely recommend .

Perfect location.

We had a very relaxing holiday. We enjoyed the atmosphere of the home. It was very comfortable with everything we needed at our fingertips. We especially loved relaxing on the veranda and garden with our dog. We would highly recommend this home and we will be back again.

Perfect for our needs

I cannot fault this cottage. The owner has pride in this place and it shows. Clean and comfortable with many lovely little touches to make guests feel welcome. Lovely quiet location with only a short commute to the town centre. Very safe for dogs. An enjoyable collection of DVD's to relax with of an evening. Quality linen and a rairty these days 3 ply toilet paper. It's the little things that make a big difference. The host was lovely and easy to deal with. Thank you for sharing this delightful property with us. We have future bookings to stay this year and will no doubt book again for several bookings next year.

Puppy friendly Echuca

I cannot recommend our first experience at taking our dogs on holiday enough, it’s was exceptional! We had the most fabulous time, our hosts went above and beyond! from being allowed to check in early to a warm house with everything provided, so close to town, so quiet, I have not one complaint! Four adults and two 10 month old labradoodles! Comfy beds, couches, plenty of hot water and puppies loved their enclosed yard, as my dogs are outside dogs and slept in their beds outside our bedroom window as good as gold! We were close to lovely walking tracks for us and the dogs, I really was super happy! Echuca is super dog friendly 😀 We took our puppies into shops, on the paddle steamer, pub lunch and on the way home 5 star restaurant at Moodemere Winery this made our holiday easy and practical. So totally recommend we will be back for a longer stay next time thank you again ❤️❤️

Deidre was the perfect host

There was nothing not to be liked about Peppercorn Cottage. It was full of the charm that we wanted to share with my aunt and uncle visiting from England. With all of us chatting, we all forgot to do a final check of the property and managed to leave behind a number of items. The cleaner contacted Deidre who then contacted us, but we were too far away by the time we received the message to turn back. Deidre very kindly posted on the package to us with all of our left behind things, including a handbag. We appreciated the honesty and helpfulness of Deidre and her cleaner. We couldn't ask for more. We can highly recommend staying here.
