"Staff was super helpful and accommodating when we had to change rooms when my mother was unable to get on her bed, which was too high for her The beds are typical hotel height, but it turned out to be too high for her. They offered us a change to a king suite, which has a couch with a pull out bed. They never acted like we were inconveniencing them. "
