「Newly refreshed. Only thing that ruins it is the outside look of council flats」

「Easy to access to/from Manchester airport. I spend 2 nights arrived and depart day. Room was super clean, staff are so polite and friendly. I highly recommend this hotel to spend the night before early departure day. Executive lounge is so useful to nibble some snacks at night time, also morning time, you can have some fruit and croissant. That was awesome. My kids love it.」

「I've stayed at the property several times whilst attending a work training event. On a number of occasions I have been allocated a room on the opposite side of the hotel from the rest of my colleagues. When I queried this at check in, I was advised there were no other rooms available. 「The hotel looked very posh and impressive from the outside, and that was probably the only part I genuinely liked. Unfortunately, once inside, it felt about 30 years behind modern standards. The room was clean, but honestly, the average person probably has a better bedroom and bathroom at home than what was being offered here. I also paid extra for a room with a king-size bed, but it was the smallest “king” bed I’ve ever seen, which was really disappointing. The bath was ridiculously small too...
