Perfectly located at the end of Calle Colima, walkable distance to dozens of bars and restaurants!
It was incredibly easy to communicate with Kukun, as they assigned a personal staff member who communicated in English via WhatsApp.
Not to mention the property is extremely secure with a doorman and discreet, locked entrance.
Can't recommend Casa Colima enough!

Beautiful house in a great area of Condesa. Just be aware that there are lots of steps to manage. It may not be so comfortable for older people.

Awesome property close to many restaurants shops and museums. Very safe building and surrounding areas. Only issue was better housekeeping on floors thru out. Needed sweeping and mopping other than that very highly recommended.

El hotel cumple con la función para una estancia sin lujos. Es limpio. El lavabo estaba muy bajo y la llave muy cerca de la orilla, lo cual hacía difícil lavarse las manos. En el comedor durante el desayuno, el músico tenía el volumen demasiado alto y resultaba imposible tener una conversación.

If you're a light sleeper, I don't recommend staying here- dogs barking & motorcycles. The road to the property is unacceptable imho. The "cabins" are pretty small (unless you're a solo-traveler). The staff is super friendly. We liked the concept of the place but wouldn't return due to the noise ...
